Fun just don't buy Beach or Country- they are the very same
I am so mad- my daughter loved Littlest Pet Shop: Beach so when I saw Littlest Pet Shop: City at Target for $10 off I grabbed it! When my daughter loaded it up I thought the story looked VERY familiar...exactly the same! I can't believe it. What a scam to package the same game with one or two new animals? Come on. Very disappointing. However- the game is fun and my 4 year old loves it!

The game we've been waiting for!!!I'd give this game 10 stars if I could! We've been waiting 9 months for a game like this!
We got our Wii for Christmas last year and each of our kids got a game. My then 6-year-old daughter got Pet Dogz2 -- BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!! She hated it from day one. She wanted a game with animals that she could dress up and play games with Pet Dogz2 was NOT it. And she hasn't found anything that's fit the bill since. Until now.
She's now 7 years old and Littlest Pet Shop is her dream come true for Wii. She gets to pick out the pet she wants dress it up name it walk it around the "town" and play games with it to earn Kibble which she can then use to buy other pets and items (clothes toys etc) for her pets.
If your daughter likes animal games Littlest Pet shop toys Webkinz etc. I can't recommend this game enough!

No more magnetic feet
I'm new to this thing so maybe this is common knowledge but I was surprised to find out that these pets no longer have the magnet in their feet...just an empty hole where it used to go. Apparently this is because they could fall out and be swallowed by young children. While I'm all for safety and wouldn't be thrilled if my [...] year-old ate one they're way too small to pose a choking hazard and the lack of the magnet renders them useless in the magnet-based gimmicks in all the playsets. Hasbro and/or Amazon should make it clear that the pets they are currently selling have no magnets.

Perfect carry allI would definitely recommend this product for all those out there whose little ones love to collect Littlest Pet Shop toys.
The top has an individualized compartment the bottom a big empty space. Its sturdy and easy to carry.
The colors are perfect for little girls.

Website too complicatedMy daughter says the website is too complicated compared to Webkinz and she had no interest in pursuing it. These became just overpriced stuffed animals and nothing more. The panda doesn't even look like a panda which is her favorite animal so she was pretty disappointed with it.

Littest Pet Shop HorseMy daughter just loves her littlest pet shop VIP's. She has quite a few and loves going online to play. She wants to collect all of them and is getting pretty close! I would recommend this for any child above the age of 6.

This cat is a hit!!!!My 6-year-old daughter loves the littlest pet shop toys and this is by far her most favorite item. She gets to go online and play in a virtual world with her pet. There are different games and activities you have access to when you have the special code for the VIP. When she is not playing online with her pet she is carrying it everywhere with her. I recommend this toy if your child likes to play games on the computer and enjoys the littlest pet shop line of toys.

Cute but smallThis backpack is adorable and my daughter loves it. You can put pets in pouches behind the "windows" in the backpack so that they are displayed - adorable! BUT...the only drawback is that it's on the small side and two of the windows for the pets to sit in are too small for even the smallest LPS pets. We just kept the paper pictures the backpack came with in those windows. Otherwise it's a very creative sweet backpack.

fun for allMy daughters (4 and 7) are totally into LPS and we couldn't wait to get the VIP versions. We ordered directly from Hasbro. So far it has been amazing. The games are fun and easy for younger kids. You have tons to chose from to buy for your pet. Best of all it seems you can't harm your pet so there is no worries of your little one being upset that something happened to it when they weren't paying attention. We totally love it.

Be The Center of the Party!Look no further for that special gift! Littlest Pet Shop's new VIPs are a hot item for kids. These cuddly little cuties are well made and come with a web page - which is very much like the Webkinz. However Amazon has most of the VIPS on sale for $10.00 ($17.99 in retail stores) for a much better buy than a webkinz. So far it's been a "no miss" with my daughter's friends as the number one birthday gift. Every last one of the girls (ages 5 - 10) have been delighted with their VIP. Parents like that it's not just another stuffed animal - or a doll/barbie/figure that requires endless accessories. This little VIP is an "all in one" gift. Do not buy more then one VIP
This was my daughter's second VIP and she was very excited at the thought that her two VIPs would be able to "play" together in their virtual world. Unfortunately unlike Webkins when you get a second LPS VIP you have to create a new log in and the two pets can not interact with each other. (Webkins pets allow you to log in once and add pets from there and Webkins pets interact with each other.) I just got off the phone with Hasbro and they confirmed that a new account was necessary for each VIP.

Surprise Toys- SnailThis LPS VIP Surprise pet is so cute.
It shipped very quickly from Amazon with the other Surprise Pets.
My children were happy to get it (and the other new surprise pets) and put the code found in the collar into the computer. When they did it spun to see which surprise friend they would get for the online game.
If your child likes collecting these pets this is a must buy.
